Jazz Street Mural - After Dark

Artifact ID: TIA-KCC-011-A

The mural only appears in photographs taken after midnight. Daytime photographs of the same alley show an ordinary brick wall. After dark, the images change. Music notation, city forms, and painted figures begin appearing across the surface, but no two photographs capture exactly the same section at once. The city has no permit, artist record, or maintenance file associated with the mural. By morning, the wall is blank again.
