Jazz Street Mural (Rainbow)

Artifact ID: TIA-KCC-008-A

The city archive contains two photographs of the mural. Both are listed as originals. The composition is identical in each record. In one, the wall is covered in color. In the other, every painted surface appears in black and white. The photographs were logged under the same date, location, and case number. No record identifies which version was photographed first.
